A new Partnership for the Mini Rock City development within the United Workers Housing Scheme Project at the Lugbe site Abuja, was signed on Monday 5th October 2020 between Rock of Ages Properties Plc (“ROAP”), a member of Chicason Group and US based International Trans Oil Energy Ltd (“ITOE”), represented by the Chief Executive Officer/Chairman of Chicason Group, Chief Alex Chika Okafor and the Vice President/Managing Director Mr. Femi Amos respectively.
Others present during the official signing of the Agreement are Executive Directors of Chicason Group – Mr. Chuks Adike and Mr. Chris Chigbo, and also Management of ITOE – Mr. Prince Bobmanuel, Mr. Kayode Daniel, Mr. Kenneth Udezueh and Engr. Peter A. Kolawole.
The Mini Rock City Project is posited to provide approximately 1600 units of homes including 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, 4 bedroom terraces and 4 bedroom detached homes on 54 hectares of land, which will be available for sale to both public and private sector workers.
